Pickup Information

How local pickup requests, confirmation and payment work.

  1. Choose pickup at checkout

    Joe's Market currently accepts orders online only. Choose Pickup at checkout and enter accurate contact details so we can contact you about your order.

  2. Wait for confirmation

    After you place an order, Joe's Market will contact you to confirm availability. A new pickup request remains pending, and stock is not reserved, until the order is confirmed.

  3. Arrange the pickup

    Pickup is generally arranged in Windsor Gardens, SA 5087. We will arrange the pickup time and provide the exact location directly to you after confirmation. Another handover location may be available by prior arrangement. An additional fee may apply depending on the distance; any fee will be agreed with you before the handover is arranged.

  4. Collect and pay

    Most pickup orders are paid for at collection. Bring your order number and use the payment method agreed when collection is confirmed.
