You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure and use the website only for lawful shopping purposes. Automated abuse, false orders and attempts to access another person's account are prohibited.
Products, prices and availability
Joe's Market aims to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate. Minor display differences may occur. Price and stock are checked again when an order is submitted. An unavailable or incorrectly priced item may be removed or the order may be declined before confirmation.
Orders and confirmation
Submitting checkout creates an order or pickup request, but does not guarantee acceptance. An order is confirmed when Joe's Market accepts it and any required payment or fulfilment conditions have been met. Pending pickup requests do not reserve stock until confirmed.
Shipping and pickup
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly agreed otherwise. Pickup location and timing are arranged privately after a pickup request is confirmed.
Payment, cancellations and refunds
Available payment methods are shown or agreed during checkout and order confirmation. Cancellation requests should be made promptly, but an order may already have been prepared or dispatched. Refunds and remedies are handled under the Returns & Refunds policy and applicable law.
Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when website features, fulfilment methods or legal requirements change. The version published when an order is placed will not remove rights that already apply to that order.
