Returns & Refunds

What to do if a product has a problem or you need to discuss a return.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the problem, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.

For a major product problem, the customer can generally choose a refund or a replacement. For a non-major problem, the business may first have an opportunity to provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time.

Before returning an item

  • Contact Joe's Market and include your order number.
  • Describe the problem and provide photos where they are helpful.
  • Keep the item and included parts until return instructions are agreed.
  • Keep proof of purchase and any reasonable return-cost receipts.

A faulty product does not have to be in its original packaging, although Joe's Market may ask for reasonable proof of purchase.
